Initiate Your Request
Log into your Brick account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Device
Carefully place the item in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective padding to ensure it reaches us in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the hardware to verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
